Blood Pressure Monitoring

Blood Pressure Monitoring

Just as with people, blood pressure monitoring can be an important part of your pet’s wellness care–but it is especially crucial that it be monitored while under anesthesia, suffering shock, or if your pet is experiencing other life-threatening health issues.

Ailments that can be detected early because of high blood pressure include chronic renal failure, Cushing’s disease, certain adrenal tumors, and heart disease. We may also evaluate your senior pet’s blood pressure during routine annual or biannual check-ups.

If you have any questions about blood pressure monitoring or wish to discuss your pet’s health in detail, please give us a call at 407-833-8868.
