Our hospital is open and offering curbside care! We are here to provide wellness care, surgeries, treatments, therapies, and vaccines for patients. We are implementing temporary safety protocols in order to help keep our clients and staff safe.

1. We are following the curbside care model. This protocol is based on CDC guidelines and is consistently evaluated as we review how the virus is affecting our area. The safety of our staff, clients, and patients is our highest priority. Please call the hospital when you arrive, our staff will retrieve your pet from your car. Please make sure to wear your mask when the technician picks up your pet from your car!

2. Once your pet has safely been assisted into the hospital by a Veterinary Technician, the Veterinarian will perform the examination and give you a call while they are still with your pet to discuss their findings and treatment plan.

3. No walk-ins allowed. Please call 407-833-8868 so that we may schedule your appointment.

4. If you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms, cough, fever or have traveled within the last 2 weeks, please delay your appointment until 14 days after your symptoms started or you concluded your travel. If it is an emergency, please have someone else bring in your pet.
